Summer is the perfect season for salads; and this specific salad is one of my friend and family favourites. I am a massive fan of mint, I just love the fresh spicy flavour they bring to anything and everything ?

- Big Salad Bowl
- Small Bowl
- Knife
Ingredients for Beetroot and Orange Salad
- 1 medium-sized beetroot boiled
- 1 orange peeled and sliced
- ⅓ cup mint leaves roughly crushed
- 1 tbsp pine nuts roasted
- 11/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- Sea salt according to taste
Instructions for Beetroot and Orange Salad
- Cut the beetroot and oranges into thin slices.
- Take a small bowl and mix balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and black pepper together to form your dressing.
- Take a big bowl, assemble beetroot, oranges, and mint leaves together. Pour the dressing on it.
- Mix everything nicely. Finally, sprinkle salt on the salad and pine nuts, and voila!
