Watermelon Mint Salad Cucumber is by far the finest summer fruit there is. Not only does it keep you cool and hydrated, but it is also probably one of the most scrumptious fruit we have ever tasted. In this salad, we have incorporated an assortment of berries, watermelons (obviously), mint and a couple other easy-to-get ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 Watermelon – fresh cut in cubes, medium size
- 1 tbsp sugar white, regular
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- ½ cup mint fresh, finely chopped
- ½ cup blueberry fresh
- ½ cup cucumber chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1 Take a big bowl, add watermelon, blueberry, cucumber, lemon zest, and sugar. Mix them well.
- 2 Now pour lemon juice and season the salad. Refrigerate it for ½ hour.
