Take a medium-sized pan and place it on a stove & turn it on low flame. Add rolled oats & roast them until they turn brown. Once roasted, turn off your stove and let your rolled oats cool and grind it to make a coarse powder.
Now in a medium-sized bowl, add the powder, the crushed nut mix, peanuts, cardamom powder, melted butter & tahini and mix them all together using a spoon.
Now add melted jaggery to this mixture and mix well. Now shape them into ladoos (small round balls)
Now coat your balls with sesame seeds & enjoy!!
