Coconut Custard

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk
½ tsp custard powder
2 tbsp condensed milk
½ tsp chia seeds soaked
Strawberry chopped
Mango chopped

Method

  1. In a bowl mix custard powder and coconut milk nicely. There should not be any lump in it.
  2. Take a pan and pour the coconut milk and custard powder mix into it. Make it hot but don’t boil it.
  3. Now add condensed milk at this stage and stir it for a few seconds. Turn off the stove.
  4. Add soaked chia seeds it it and mix it well. Cool the mix and add fruits to it.
  5. Refrigerate the coconut custard. enjoy it.
