Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk
½ tsp custard powder
2 tbsp condensed milk
½ tsp chia seeds soaked
Strawberry chopped
Mango chopped
Method
- In a bowl mix custard powder and coconut milk nicely. There should not be any lump in it.
- Take a pan and pour the coconut milk and custard powder mix into it. Make it hot but don’t boil it.
- Now add condensed milk at this stage and stir it for a few seconds. Turn off the stove.
- Add soaked chia seeds it it and mix it well. Cool the mix and add fruits to it.
- Refrigerate the coconut custard. enjoy it.
