Chinese Green Beans Recipe,Chinese Green Beans

Chinese Green Beans: Green beans additionally, named snap beans or string beans, are a staple in countless cuisines across the USA. They are a popular party dish at family potlucks, vacation meals, and regular dinners.

First off, I buy the French beans…the “Haricot Verts”.  They’re basically a longer and skinnier version of a green bean.  They are tender, so they require less cooking and they’re a really beautiful bright green color.  Of course, you can use whatever fresh green beans you can find for this recipe.  I have improvised many times and they are just tasty.

Do you know how some foods are best when you just let them be? Like in their natural state? Well, that is the case with these green beans. They do not need much to be a really tasty side. My kids will eat them, and I have found that they are a great snack..

Add butter…butter makes everything better. And garlic. In other words, just make these. You will love them. They taste great.

You can dress them up with sesame seeds, or lemon.

Green beans are a nutritious additive to your diet too. Here are some of the health benefits of eating green beans, they are good for bone health, enhance heart health, green beans are great for skin, and hair, help to fight cancer, and regulate digestive function.
