Watermelon & Mint Salad

Ingredients

Watermelon - fresh
cut in cubes, medium size

sugar
white, regular

lemon zest

mint
fresh, finely chopped

cup
blueberry
fresh

cup
cucumber
chopped

lemon juice

tsp
sea salt

tsp
black pepper
Instructions
1 Take a big bowl, add watermelon, blueberry, cucumber, lemon zest, and sugar. Mix them well.
2 Now pour lemon juice and season the salad. Refrigerate it for ½ hour.
