Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized beetroot boiled
  • 1 orange peeled and sliced
  • cup mint leaves roughly crushed
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts roasted
  • 11/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp lime juice
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • Sea salt according to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the beetroot and oranges into thin slices.
  • Take a small bowl and mix balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and black pepper together to form your dressing.
  • Take a big bowl, assemble beetroot, oranges, and mint leaves together. Pour the dressing on it.
  • Mix everything nicely. Finally, sprinkle salt on the salad and pine nuts, and voila!
