Instructions
Cut the beetroot and oranges into thin slices.
Take a small bowl and mix balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and black pepper together to form your dressing.
Take a big bowl, assemble beetroot, oranges, and mint leaves together. Pour the dressing on it.
Mix everything nicely. Finally, sprinkle salt on the salad and pine nuts, and voila!
