Take a bowl and put cooked rice(cook rice as per instructed on the package) Add soya sauce , vinegar, wasabi and grounded sugar, mix them well.
After preparing the rice mixture, fill a shallow bowl with the room temperature water and put the rice paper sheet inside. Let them soak for 10 sec but dont let them soaked for too long otherwise they become soggy.
One by one we are going to make rolls. Take a one sheet of rice paper on the flat surface and put mint leaves , avocado, mango, bell peppers and top of it we will place cooked rice. Roll it like spring roll. For reference see the video.
