Take milk in a medium-size pot, put it on high flame to boil. Once the boil comes, add yogurt, salt, and sugar to it. Let it curdle.
Now add baking powder to it and stir nicely with the spoon.
Now take a big bowl and add plain flour to it.
Add your curdled milk slowly to the flour and knead it with your hands. Make a soft dough.
Put a little oil on top of the dough and knead it again for a little while, tuck the dough with your hands, cover it with cling and rest it. Rest the dough for 15 minutes.
Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celcius.
Sprinkle some plain flour on the platform, Punch the dough gently with your wrist and transfer it on the platform, knead and tuck your dough and make a round ball.
Divide your dough ball into four equal parts and make four round balls. With the help of a rolling pin, make a round naan of one cm thick.
Brush your naan with melted ghee and sprinkle some onion seeds on top of it.
Now put your naan in the preheated oven at top and bottom heat mode for 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve hot with butter.
