First in a small bowl add yogurt, vinegar, and baking powder, mix them well.
Now take a microwave-proof mug and add plain flour, sugar, and cocoa powder, mix them nicely with a spoon.
Add cream cheese, red gel food color, and yogurt mix to the mug. Make a lump-free mix, while stirring with the spoon. Put white chocolate chips and mix it well.
Now put your mug in the microwave for 1 minute in normal regulating mode.
Garnish your red velvet cake with cream frosting, sprinklers, or icecream of your choice.
