Instructions
Take a nice big bowl which you will be serving your salad in.
Pour the olive oil in the bowl and add your kiwis, onions, parsley and cucumbers.
Now, sprinkle the sumac and salt. Now add tahini.
Mix well all the ingredients in big bowl.
serve the salad with feta cheese sprinkled on it.
Notes
Don't peel the kiwi skin off to give a rich color and tangy flavour to. your salad.This salad is best served cold (pun included)If you don't have sumac you can use lemon zest as an alternative. But personally, I think sumac will be a better option.
