3GherkinsCucumbers - Gherkins are small and stubby cucumbers. If you can't find these you CAN use normal sized cucumbers.
1large sliced pink onion - You can use red onions if you don't have pink ones.
2shredded carrots - You can take any colororange or red it doesn't matter.
1broccoli floret - You can try this linkwe don't use these but have heard some good reviews
7-8piecesof baby corns - Cut them into thirds for best results.
1whole avocadosliced - If you don't have avocados than try using your own choice of vegetables.
1medium sized butter lettuce- Easily available in the market.
