1 1/2tsp.baking powder

Instructions
Okay, once you have collected all of your ingredients follow our simple step-by-step method to make your oozy oat and Nutella bombs:
Start off by grinding the rolled oats until they are crushed into a fine powder. Once this happens, add a banana, milk, cocoa powder, and baking powder and grind it on high speed until it becomes a fine batter.
Now take an "appam" maker and grease all of the "holes" with butter. Put your maker onto the stove and turn the flame on medium and leave it there for a few minutes.
Next, pour some batter in every hole until it reaches halfway through the hole. Let it cook for a minute, then add 1/2 tsp off Nutella on top of each hole and immediately cover it with some of the batter.
Now cover the pan and let the pancake bombs cook for 5 minutes at medium heat. Now turn off your stove, and scoop off your pancake bombs into a plate and sprinkle with some chocolate chips... enjoy!
