Hummus Sour Cream Dip!! If the paste stays thick you can add yoghurt.5) Now add the chickpeas in the blender along along with the paste and drizzle in some olive oil. Blend the mixture until it becomes a fine paste.6) If your paste stays thick you can add some icy cold water. This always does the trick.7) Taste and adjust the hummus according to your palette and for some extra zing you can add some lemon juice.8) Scrape the hummus into a serving bowl and garnish it with some fresh parsley and olive oil.
