Easy Green Chutney!! One of my favourite indian side dips is the green chutney (coriander dip). It is a traditional sauce that can be eaten with several different foods such as sandwiches or snacks.
Ingredients for Easy Green Chutney
- 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
- ¼ cup mint leaves chopped
- ¼ tsp. Cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp pink salt
- 2 pieces green chillies if you like spice only
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp asaefoetida
- 1/4 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- Grind coriander leaves and mint leaves along with the spices.
- Add a crushed ice
- Grind it again.
- It shouldn’t be very liquidy. (finely grinded)
Notes
Coriander dip can be used in many other savouries.
