Ingredients
1 cucumber
1 avocado
¼ cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt according to taste
¼ cup chopped parsley
Method
1. slice cucumber into quarter-inch rounds and place in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Take out the skin of the avocado and chopped in pieces.
3. Combine avocado, lemon, water, and salt in a food processor and grind it into a fine paste.
4. toss the sliced cucumber and avocado paste. Garnish the salad with chopped parsley.
PRO TIP: Don’t let the salad sit for too long otherwise it may end up getting watery!
