Cottage Cheese Tikka!! In India, cottage cheese is a widely used ingredient for paneer, kebabs and more. However, the tikka (stick) is one of the most relished dishes. The recipe is quite simple and only requires the following.

Ingredients for Cottage Cheese Tikka

  • 200 g Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Grounded Fennel Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt – According to Taste
  • 1 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala optional
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1 finely chopped green chilli
  • 1 cup Hung Curd
  • 2 pieces Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 big Onion s

Notes

*Remember to put butter before lightly sautéing the peppers and onions.
