Ingredients for Beetroot Cutlet Recipe
- 3 medium size potato boiled
- ½ small size Beetroot grated
- ¼ cup french beans chopped
- ¼ cup carrots chopped
- ½ cup opinions sliced
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- ¼ tsp amchoor
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Take a pan and pour oil in it, let it get a little hot , put onions and sauté it till onions get soft.Than add carrots and beans sauté them till these veggies get soft.
- Now add grated beetroot to the veggies which have cooked for little time. After 5 minutes close the burner. Now add boiled potatoes and mash them nicely.we will add cornflour now so that the cutlets get bind together and they don’t burst while frying. BUt here I want to clear one thing that you add cornstarch as much as you need because sometimes potatoes are too starchy so you need more cornstarch but sometimes potatoes are not so scratchy so you dont need so much cornstarch.
- Add salt, garam masala and amchoor. Make a ball of it, and wrap it with bread crumbs.
- Now fry them or you can shallow fry also.
- Cutlets are ready to serve with the green chutney.
