  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 -2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp water to dissolve the corn flour
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Take another big bowl but this time mix all the wet ingredients in (everything else listed in the “red velvet batter” section.
  • Now, add your mixed dry ingredients into the bowl with the mixed wet ingredients & with the help of an egg beater, whisk both mixtures together nicely. You should now have a nice thick batter that will later form the base of the brownies.
  • Start preheating your oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
  • How to make cream cheese frosting
  • Firstly, make sure that your cream cheese is at room temperature. Awesome!
  • In a medium-size bowl, add cream cheese, condensed milk, and sugar. Whisk them with the egg beater to form a smooth paste. In a different small bowl, take corn flour and water and mix them well. Pour this mixture into the creme cheese and sugar mix.
  • Now add lemon juice, vanilla essence to the mix and mix them well.
  • Take a cake tin lined with parchment paper, Pour your brownie batter, and with the help of a spatula make an even layer.
  • While doing this take out a 1 tbsp batter separately for making swirls later.
  • Pour your cream cheese frosting on the top of brownie batter. Again, with a spatula spread the frosting on the better evenly with a very light hand. It should not merge with the brownie batter.
  • Make a small drop of saved brownie batter with the spoon on the cream cheese frosting. Use the toothpick and swirls the red batter around in the cream cheese frosting to make the swirls. Don’t push far too down with the toothpick, you don’t want to disturb the brownie layer too much.
  • Place this cake tin in the oven for 180-degree for 10 minutes. and then 160 degrees for 30 minutes afterward.
