Put the medium size utensil on the burner. Pour the milk into the utensil and let it boil for 15 minutes on medium flame. Stir it again in a gap.
Now add bread crumbs in the milk and mix it well, let it boil for another 5 minutes.
Add condensed milk, pistachios, and saffron in the milk, stir it and again let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
Pour equally in kulfi molds and keep it in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours. And that's it, you're done!
