Put butter in saucepan and add plain flour in it. Cook it on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Close the stove for a while and add milk in it. Stir it well, in this way your sauce will not get lumps.
Now start stove and cook it for 5-7 minutes until the sauce gets thick.
Add salt, sugar and pepper in it. Cook it for another 2 minutes.
You white sauce is ready!
How to make your cheese dip:
Ingredients for cheese dip
1/2 cup cheddar processed cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 Tsp turmeric powder
Method for cheese sauce:
Mix all of the ingredients above and microwave for 1 minute.
It is super easy and VERY quick to make!
How to make the football:
1 First cut square pieces of bread. You should get around 16 peices of bread cuts.
2 Add garlic, oregano, chilli flakes and mixed herbs in melted butter.
3 Toss the bread pieces in this butter mixture .
4 Keep tossed bread pieces aside for 10-15 minutes.
5 Add bell peppers , corn and little mozzarella cheese in white sauce.
6 Place bread pieces on your palm. Try to squeeze your hand and cover your palm with bread pieces.
7 Put one spoon of white sauce in centre of your palm and cover this white sauce with the bread pieces which you put on your palm.
8 Press this ball with light hand to give it a shape of ball.
9 Put these balls in a baking tray and bake them at 220 degrees for 5 minutes.
10 Serve them hot with cheese dip and enjoy!
