Instructions
Remember to preheat your oven at 180 celsius.
Start of by blending yoghurt, oil and sugar in a bowl at high speed for around 3 minutes.
Next, add flour, baking soda and orange juice and continue blending the batter for 2 minutes.
Now add your vanilla essence and if your batter is very thick add some milk (optional)
Pour your batter into a cake pan lined with parchment paper. We have to bake the cake for 10 minutes at 180 degree.
Change your oven temperature to 160 degrees after baking it at 180 degree for 10 minutes . Let it bake for 30 minutes.
Check the cake by poking a toothpick at the edges of cake . If toothpick comes out clean it means cake is baked.
