Berry Little Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. corn flour
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp. blueberry puree
  • 1 tbsp. strawberry puree
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, plain flour, corn flour, baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt and mix well.
  • Now add milk, melted butter and vanilla essence and mix again. Make sure your batter is not lumpy.
  • Now divide the batter in two bowls. In one add strawberry puree and in the other add blueberry puree and mix well.
  • Now put your batters into two different squeeze bottles. Take a pan and put it on low flame once the pan get little hot start piping small pancakes , cook them until they are ready! Enjoy!
