Easy Sun-Dried Tomatoes Pickle

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar white
  • 1/2 tbsp mixed herbs*
  • 1/2 tsp salt**

Instructions

  • Put your sundried tomatoes in a mason jar or bottle.
  • Now add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, white vinegar, mixed herbs, and salt in it
  • Notes:
  • *In mixed herbs, we have used an equal amount of dry oregano, parsley, and chili flakes and mixed them together. You can also find bottled mixes in stores!
  • **As our sundried tomatoes are salted, so we have a little amount of salt. If your sundried tomatoes are not salted you may have to adjust your salt measurements!
  • If you want your pickle to last for 1 month you have to keep it in an airtight jar or bottle!
