Cheesy Zucchini Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tbsp. pesto sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. schezwan sauce
  • 2 tsp. tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 tsp. mixed herbs*
  • 1/2 tsp. salt to sprinkle
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed black pepper

Instructions

  • First, wash your zucchini nicely with water. Cut 8 round slices of zucchini about 2cm equal in size with the help of a sharp knife.
  • Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius and put parchment paper on your baking tray.
  • Now brush your zucchini slices with oil with the help of a brush. Sprinkle little salt n pepper on top of each zucchini slice.
  • Place each slice on a baking tray keeping some distance between each slice and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, let's make a creamy sauce to out on grilled zucchini slices. Take a small bowl to add pesto sauce, cream cheese, ketchup, and schezwan sauce. Mix it properly.
  • Now after 15 minutes take out your zucchini slices from the oven, let it cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour about 1 tsp of creamy sauce in the middle of each slice, spread it nicely with the help of a spoon.
  • Add some cheddar cheese on sauce spread and sprinkle mixed herbs on top of it.
  • Keep it again for baking at 180 degrees Celsius for more than 5 minutes.
  • Our zucchini bites with loads of cheese and herbs are ready to be grabbed!!
