Herby Baked Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs oregano, parsley, chili flakes
  • ½ tsp crushed black pepper

Instructions

  • First, preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius and put parchment paper on your baking tray.
  • Take a medium-sized bowl and add boiled chickpeas, olive oil, salt, mixed herbs, and crushed black pepper in it.
  • Mix this mixture well with the spoon. Now spread your chickpeas mixture evenly on the baking tray and put in a preheated oven.
  • Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 to 40 minutes. It's ready!!
