Tofu is one of our favourite ingredients to work with! We always try to include tofu in our cooking, whether it’s marinating something with tofu or straight up cooking with it! If we had it our way, most things would be tofu! In this recipe, we use three kinds of chilies. Number one, green chilies because green chilies give a very natural taste of spice. Next we will be adding black pepper and dried red chillies because both chillies give that zing to the salad! Movin’ on! Now, as much as we LOVE tofu we have to agree that the ingredients itself is kind of – blank. So we need to add something else to give it some flavour. We experimented with adding peanuts to give it a crunch in our dish and guess what – it worked out marvelously! Not only does it taste good but peanuts actually are a healthy source of protein and fiber so it is always good to add them where ever you can! You can add as many peanuts as you like or follow our amount below. If you are allergic to peanuts, don’t worry, they are not required!
