  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup tahini (store-bought ONLY)
  • ¼ cup melted jaggery
  • 2 tbsp roasted cashews (pistachio & almonds, crushed (crushed nut mix))
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts (crushed)
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  1. Take a medium-sized pan and place it on a stove & turn it on low flame. Add rolled oats & roast them until they turn brown. Once roasted, turn off your stove and let your rolled oats cool and grind it to make a coarse powder.
  2. Now in a medium-sized bowl, add the powder, the crushed nut mix, peanuts, cardamom powder, melted butter & tahini and mix them all together using a spoon.
  3. Now add melted jaggery to this mixture and mix well. Now shape them into ladoos (small round balls)
  4. Now coat your balls with sesame seeds & enjoy!!

You can also coat your ladoos with roasted coconut or roasted peanuts.

You can also add one tbsp of mawa to give a softer texture.

If you don’t want to buy tahini, you can make some at home with this simple recipe:

Tahini

You need:

3tbsp roasted sesame seeds

2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
