This is probably one of our best experiments in the kitchen because in this weather, we need something like this to keep our brains functioning!

Pre-notes:
- We use coconut milk in this recipe; an ingredient with multiple health benefits including prevention of heart disease, healthy skin and hair, and of course, it contains antioxidants.
Mango Colada
- 1/2 cup chopped mangoes (ripe, fresh or frozen)
- 100 ml coconut milk
- Crushed ice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mangoes (finely chopped for garnish)
- Take a grinder and add all the above ingredients together, blend them together at high speed until smooth and thick. Serve in taller glass. Add chopped mangoes on the top.
