This is literally the BEST last-minute snack!! Fresh herbs sprinkle and baked with chickpeas… now that is why food was made. All you need is 5 ingredients and 1 oven!
- 1 bowl boiled chickpeas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mixed herbs (oregano, parsley, chili flakes)
- ½ tsp crushed black pepper
- First, preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius and put parchment paper on your baking tray.
- Take a medium-sized bowl and add boiled chickpeas, olive oil, salt, mixed herbs, and crushed black pepper in it.
- Mix this mixture well with the spoon. Now spread your chickpeas mixture evenly on the baking tray and put in a preheated oven.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 to 40 minutes. It’s ready!!
