Today we celebrate my favourite food in the world – chocolate. The thick, warm liquid pouring out of a jar… or maybe even in the form of a chocolate bar. Nowadays, a lot of people seem to be avoiding chocolate because it is “unhealthy” and “helps” you gain weight. So I decided to design a recipe that will give poor chocolate a better image.   • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups almond milk or 1 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  1. Blend it all together! That’s it – seriously.

If you want, you can add chocolate chips to give it a even more chocolaty flavour!
