One of my favourite indian side dips is the green chutney (coriander dip). It is a traditional sauce that can be eaten with several different foods such as sandwiches or snacks.
Easy Green Chutney

One of my favourite indian side dips is the green chutney (coriander dip). It is a traditional sauce that can be eaten with several different foods such as sandwiches or snacks.
- 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
- ¼ cup mint leaves chopped
- ¼ tsp. Cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp pink salt
- 2 pieces green chillies (if you like spice only)
- ¼ tsp salt
- Grind coriander leaves and mint leaves along with the spices.
- Add a little water.
- Grind it again.
- It shouldn’t be very liquidy. (finely grinded)
Coriander dip can be used in many other savouries.
