One of my favourite indian side dips is the green chutney (coriander dip). It is a traditional sauce that can be eaten with several different foods such as sandwiches or snacks.

One of my favourite indian side dips is the green chutney (coriander dip). It is a traditional sauce that can be eaten with several different foods such as sandwiches or snacks.

  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • ¼ cup mint leaves chopped
  • ¼ tsp. Cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp pink salt
  • 2 pieces green chillies (if you like spice only)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  1. Grind coriander leaves and mint leaves along with the spices.
  2. Add a little water.
  3. Grind it again.
  4. It shouldn’t be very liquidy. (finely grinded)

Coriander dip can be used in many other savouries.
