Colourful Rice Paper Rolls

Hey there, nowadays as kids are still doing their studies from home so it’s a very obvious question for all the parents to what to cook to satisfy their eating cravings. So we today came up weighs solution for you guys … as well as for us also with the range of rice rolls. Yes, you heard right in this week we will go with the series of rice rolls with different flavours and different dips to enhance their flavours.

Here we have used store-bought rice paper sheets, how to cook is clearly indicated on the packings so follow them as per instructions.

We are today doing sushi filling. In this recipe specifically, we used sticky rice which we used in our sushi. They give the best flavours in our rice paper rolls. It’s one of the easiest recipes to end your evening hunger cravings.

Colourful Rice Paper Rolls

these are rice paper rolls with the different kind of fillings

  • 6 sheets rice paper sheets
  • 1 cup sticky rice (cooked)
  • 1 avocado (peeled, thinly sliced)
  • ½ mango (peeled, thinly sliced)
  • ¼ cup bell peppers (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tsp sushi soya sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • ½ tsp ground sugar
  • ¼ tsp wasabi
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves
  1. Take a bowl and put cooked rice(cook rice as per instructed on the package) Add soya sauce , vinegar, wasabi and grounded sugar, mix them well.
  2. After preparing the rice mixture, fill a shallow bowl with the room temperature water and put the rice paper sheet inside. Let them soak for 10 sec but dont let them soaked for too long otherwise they become soggy.
  3. One by one we are going to make rolls. Take a one sheet of rice paper on the flat surface and put mint leaves , avocado, mango, bell peppers and top of it we will place cooked rice. Roll it like spring roll. For reference see the video.
  4. Serve it with soy sauce and wasabi.
