Merry Christmas Eve! This year definitely could use a dose of Christmas & New Year’s! With everything that’s happened, I can’t think of a single person who isn’t looking for a bit of a fresh start 🙂 Anyways, do you love the classic pairing of bread, jam & butter? This recipe is a combination of all three put into one snack. One of the best things about this snack is that the biscuits themselves have no primary flavor so you can dip em’ in any jam you want! Note this down! We have used yogurt, milk, and lemon juice here but if you have buttermilk you can use that also. Again one thing we want to remind you is that the butter you can use any but it should be cold. As we are not adding any specific flavors or spices to the biscuits so you can eat these biscuits with any flavor jam or salted butter.
