Whenever you eat thai green curry you must be thinking that it will be very difficult to make but it is such an easy recipe that you will think about why you have not tried till today. I had explained a lot about the thai ingredients in my last recipe that is kiew tew nahm. When we talk to people about this recipe we usually get a “that seems so hard!” reaction but trust us- this recipe is EASY – like very easy. The Easiest Thai Green Curry Paste Recipe

Whenever you eat thai green curry you must be thinking that it will be very difficult to make but it is such an easy recipe that you will think about why you have not tried till today. When we talk to people about this recipe we usually get a “that seems so hard!” reaction but trust us- this recipe is EASY – like very easy.   • 4 stalks Lemmon grass (peel outer fiber of it and take center part of it.)
  • 5 to 6 Green chilies (fresh green this bird chilled, stemmed, and chopped.)
  • 1 cup Corrinder leaves with stem (chopped)
  • 3 sprig basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp Corrinder seeds whole roasted
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds (jeeraroasted)
  • 1 tsp whole black peppercorns
  • 2 Shallot (or 1 medium size onionroughly chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Spring onion (bulb and greens)
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 inch Gangal (or ginger)
  • 6 to 7 Kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 kaffir lime (cut out, the outer skin of it)
  • or1/2 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  1. In this recipe make sure your grinder should be very good because to grind ingredients like lemongrass we need a strong grinder
  2. Basically, what you have to do is to grind all the above-mentioned ingredients in a grinder till we get a fine paste.
  3. For lemongrass, you can chop it into small pieces so that when you will grind it in a grinder it will be easy for you to get a fine paste. You did it!!
