I am known for having a sweet tooth. I mean, can you imagine living in a depressing world with no desserts? I am having goosebumps just thinking about it. Desserts have the magical power of making Mondays better. Especially if you can whip them up in no time at all. This recipe is seriously one of the quickest desserts you are ever going to make because it only requires 5 minutes of your time. I am serious. Check it out. This recipe makes around six small servings.

- 1/4 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Milk
- Crushed Peanuts (for garnishing)
- Finely Chopped Strawberries (for garnishing)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder (optional)
In a mixing bowl, mix the milk and nutrella together and microwave the mixture for a few seconds, just to soften it.
- Using an egg beater, whip your choice of cream and your mixture of chocolate spread and milk together.
- Once the cream starts to thicken add cornstarch and cocoa powder (if you want to)
- Now beat all of this until your mousse gets peak.
- Serve your mousse in small glasses and garnish with either chopped strawberries or crushed peanuts.
