Baked Potatoes Fries

Hey there! Today I am going to tell you my flavourful, simple and popular potato fries recipe. Just 30 minutes of your undivided attention and you can do wonders. This dish is perfect for a snack, a party sidekick, and even in sunny picnics.

  • 3 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 garlics (minced)
  • 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. oregano (dried)
  • 1 tsp. parsley (dried)
  • 1 tsp. chili flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper (crushed)
  1. Preheat your oven at 180 degrees celsius.
  2. On a baking tray, line a parchment paper and set it aside.
  3. Wash the potatoes and peel off the skin. Now let’s cut our potatoes into half lengthways and then repeat the step. Each potato should make 8 fries. Try keeping your fries in a similar size and shape.
  4. Now we are going to boil our fries for 2 minutes then strain then afterwards and set it aside.
  5. Now take a medium-sized bowl and add garlic, olive oil, parsley, chili flakes, oregano, salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Now mix all of this together and you should have a dressing for your fries.
  6. Now put your fries into the bowl with the dressing in it and mix them up nicely. Now arrange your fries in a single layer on your baking tray.
  7. Bake them for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius. Halfway through the baking, turn around your fries so both sides have good golden shade and are crispy.
  8. Garnish some parsley once it’s ready and add some cheese sauce if you would like!
