  • 1/2 cup ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup oranges
  • 1/2 cup mangoes
  • 1/2 cup pears
  • For the dressing:
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 7 – 8 mint leaves
  • 4 – 5 sweet basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. fine salt
  • For garnishing:
  • 1/2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. sunflower seeds
  1. To make the salad:
  2. Ok, so to make the salad make sure all of the listed “salad ingredients” are diced because you don’t want to put in the fruit itself!
  3. To make the dressing:
  4. Just take all of the ingredients for the dressing and grind them at high speed for around a minute!
  5. To scoot everything into a mason jar:
  6. Pour the dressing at the bottom of the jar, and then start making the layers of fruits above it. The first layer of fruits we are going to put in is avocados, pears, and strawberries. On top of that, we are going to put oranges and mangoes. Now to top it off we are going to put a layer of fresh blueberries. Now garnish it with chia and sunflower seeds.
