Colorful Rice Paper Rolls
In this we are using fresh fruits to make the rolls.

Ingredients
- 6 sheets of rice paper roll
- 1 kiwi peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 strawberries thinly sliced
- ½ mango peeled thinly sliced
- 10 to 12 fresh mint leaves
- ¼ cup yogurt hung for 3 to 4 hours
- ¼ tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Fill a shallow bowl with room temperature water and put the rice paper sheet inside. Let them soak for 10 sec but don’t let them soaked for too long otherwise they become soggy.
- One by one we are going to make rolls. Take one sheet of rice paper on the flat surface and put mint leaves, mango, strawberries, and kiwi. Roll it like a spring roll. For reference see the video.
- To make vanilla yogurt dip, take a medium-size bowl and put hung yogurt, vanilla essence, honey, and lemon juice. Mix them well.
- Serve it with vanilla yogurt dip.
